This website is operated by Atmosfae. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Returns, Shipping and Privacy policies.

PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK

Atmosfae products feature original artwork and designs by Niki Manidakis. Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly between screens, fabrics and printing methods.

Small variations may occur in individually produced and all-over-print items. These variations form part of the production process and do not necessarily constitute a fault.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

All Atmosfae products are currently made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Placing an order confirms that you understand and accept this production timeframe and the made-to-order conditions described in our Returns and Shipping policies.

ORDERS

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Atmosfae may cancel or decline an order where:

• A product or pricing error has occurred
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• Production has become unavailable
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

If Atmosfae cancels an order after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Customers purchasing internationally may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Atmosfae artwork, illustrations, designs, characters, photographs, branding, written content and other creative material remain the intellectual property of Niki Manidakis and Atmosfae unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an Atmosfae product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, manufacture from or commercially use the artwork.

Content may not be used for artificial-intelligence training, digital products, merchandise, promotional material or commercial purposes without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You must not:

• Use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with its security or operation
• Copy, scrape or commercially exploit its content
• Upload malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authority

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, social-media platforms and delivery services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Atmosfae products and services come with rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmosfae is not responsible for indirect loss or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
