Purchasing an Atmosfae Art product, print or physical artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership to the purchaser.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing a physical product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, commercially exploit, distribute or create derivative products from the artwork or design incorporated into it.

If you would like to license any Atmosfae Art artwork or designs for commercial use, manufacturing, publication, advertising, collaboration or another purpose, please contact us before using the work.

Any permission granted will be subject to the specific terms agreed in writing.

No licence or permission should be assumed merely because artwork or product imagery is publicly visible on our website or social-media accounts.

This provision does not attempt to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.

The Atmosfae Art name, logos, branding, collection names, product names and other distinctive brand elements may be protected by trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

Nothing on this website grants permission to use our branding, logos or business identifiers without prior written consent.
